duniavegas Terms of Use
When you open an account with duniavegas, you're agreeing to these terms. We set them out here clearly so there's no confusion about how the platform works, how deposits and withdrawals process, and what happens if a dispute arises.
Our terms are straightforward: you provide accurate information during account setup, you fund your account only from payment methods in your own name, and you accept that services are available only where local law permits. We process deposits and withdrawals on published schedules, we settle all game outcomes transparently, and we have a clear path for dispute resolution.

Account opening and verification
To open an account on duniavegas, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and resident in a supported region. You provide your full name, a valid phone number, an email address, and proof of identity (a government-issued ID, such as an Indonesian KTP or passport). Our compliance team reviews your documents within a few hours. Once verified, your account is active and you can deposit funds immediately.
If we need further documents—such as proof of address during account recovery—we'll request them through your account dashboard. You have seven days to submit. If you don't, we may limit access to your account until verification is complete.
Deposits and payment methods
We accept deposits through DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Each payment method has its own processing window: mobile banking and local payment settle within minutes; bank transfers within one to three business days during banking hours. We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts or credit cards.
You can deposit from any supported location in Indonesia, whether you're in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or elsewhere. Deposit amounts are described in your account settings and vary by payment method. All deposits are final once processed—we do not reverse deposits except in cases of technical error confirmed by our payment processor.
Withdrawals and account balance
Withdrawals process to the same payment method you used to deposit. We process withdrawal requests within the timeframes shown in your dashboard. Funds may take longer during public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, when banking networks operate on extended schedules. You can withdraw your entire account balance at any time. We do not charge withdrawal fees on duniavegas.
If a withdrawal is under review or delayed, we'll notify you through your email and account dashboard. You can contact our support team for a status update—we respond within a few hours.
Bonus terms and promotional credits
We occasionally offer bonus credits or promotional funds. These bonuses are subject to turnover requirements—you must place a defined amount of selections before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific turnover is listed in each promotion's terms, published in your account when a bonus is available. Bonus funds that are not used within the promotional period expire and are removed from your balance.
Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, combined with other promotions, or redeemed for cash. If we detect abuse—such as placing selections solely to clear a bonus and then withdrawing—we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
Game rules and settlement
All football and tournament markets on duniavegas are settled against official league data published by Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, and other governing bodies. Selections on live-dealer tables are settled against live game outcomes. Slot and esports outcomes are determined by the game mechanics published in each game's rules, available through your account. We publish settlement information transparently—no outcomes are hidden.
If a settlement error occurs, we have 48 hours to investigate and correct it. Any correction is applied automatically to your account balance and you're notified via email.
What our terms cover

Include as much detail as possible: your account number, the date and time of the issue, and what outcome you expected.
We investigate all complaints and provide a written response within 7 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can escalate the complaint to our compliance team for a final review. This review typically takes another 7 days.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
duniavegas services are available only where local law permits. We are not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted. If you access duniavegas from a restricted location, your account may be suspended and your balance forfeited. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or close them if we detect restricted-jurisdiction access or other violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which duniavegas operates. Any dispute arising from your use of our platform is resolved through the complaint process outlined above. We do not accept jurisdiction in any other court.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by publishing a new version in this location. Material changes (such as new fees or changed account policies) are announced at least 30 days in advance through your email and account dashboard. Continued use of duniavegas after the change becomes effective means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account and request a withdrawal before the change takes effect.
